Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, however after that time order processing will have begun and we cannot make changes to the order in any way after that time. Our products are fully guaranteed, as outlined in the warantee which is included on the left panel, however if you would like further coverage please consider purchasing an extended warranty. Any returns will need to be done via our RMA system for tracking and quality control purposes.
